iVitalis is a personal strength-training and habits app. By using it you agree to these terms. An account is required — sign-in is passwordless, using Sign in with Apple or a code emailed to you. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address or Apple ID your account is tied to.
iVitalis provides fitness tracking and general training suggestions. It is not a medical device and not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, or supplement program, and stop if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk.
Your data belongs to you. How it is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
iVitalis lets you connect to a coach and choose what they can see. That relationship is between you and your coach. We do not employ, vet, certify or supervise coaches, we are not a party to whatever you have agreed with them, and their advice is theirs, not ours — clause 2 applies to it in full. If you are a coach, you may use what an athlete shares with you only to coach that athlete, and you must not disclose it to anyone else. You can end a coaching link at any time from inside the app, from either side.
Optional integrations — Apple Health, Oura, a Muse headband — are governed by those services' or devices' own terms. iVitalis displays the scores those services compute and is not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
Don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or abuse the app or its services, and don't use them in violation of applicable law.
iVitalis is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including training injuries or data loss. Keep your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose.
iVitalis Pro is a subscription that unlocks the whole app. It starts with a 14-day free trial, after which it renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribed — $14.99 a month or $99 a year in the United States; prices elsewhere are set by Apple in your local currency. Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple ID, and you can cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings under Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or the current period ends and you will not be charged for the next one. Apple's refund rules apply to any charge.
We never see or store your payment details. Apple tells the app only whether a subscription is active and when it renews.
Your use of iVitalis through Apple's App Store or TestFlight is also subject to Apple's standard terms and licensing.
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
